1. Company Profile



We are a production-oriented enterprise, which integrates development, manufacture, sale and service. In 2009, our company invested USD15 million to build Tianshi (Jiangsu) Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. as our new production base. Our company has boldly introduced internationally advanced production equipment and production process. We have an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of environmentally friendly water treatment chemicals and papermaking chemicals.



Since 2005, our company has made close cooperation in brand promotion and production exchange with French SNF, German Degusai Tianshi, American Ashland Chemical, Dow Chemical, HAAS and Anhui Tianrun and other top 500 well-known enterprises at home and abroad, speeding up the pace of development of our enterprise.



After four years of development and accumulation, our business scope has spread over many domestic industries. Our company has established good business relationships with the following clients at home: Daqing Petrochemical, Yizheng Chemical Fiber, Handan Iron and Steel, Ma'anshan Steel, MCC Beauty The Paper Group, Hunan Thai Green Paper Group, Shenzhen Everbright Water and Beijing Jin Yuan Environmental Group. 2. Production Base

Tianshi (Jiangsu) Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Wuchen Industrial Park, Shunshan Road, Wujin District, Changzhou. Our total investment is USD15 million. Registered capital is USD7.5 million. Our company covers an area of 32,650 square meters.



In recent years, our company has cooperated with internationally renowned water treatment and paper chemical enterprises, such as French Eisen, Ashland, Kemira, Mitsui Chemicals, Dow Chemical, etc. Our company is mainly engaged in the research and development of high-end water treatment agent and paper chemical.



The first stage project: we will build a production workshop of 20,000sqm. We will have an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of Chemical Agent, 100,000 tons of PAC (PAFC), 40,000 tons of PFS, etc. The production capacity of paper chemicals is 1000 tons per year. The sales income is RMB100 million per year. Our company will pay taxes of about RMB10 million to our country.



The second stage project will be completed and put into operation in April, 2011. At the same time, our company will set up an R&D center. We will have an annual production capacity of 2-3 billion tons after these projects are all put into operation.
